In the Postgraduate Programme "Liaison Psychiatry: Integrative Physical and Mental Health Care" special importance is given to research and particulary to the participation of students in all stages of the research process.
In addition, students are encouraged to participate in scientific conferences and are supported by the Programme's faculty.
In recent years, students have participated in the numerous scientific conferences.
During theirs studies, students are trained and familiarized with issues related to research methodology and biostatistics, as is evident from the programme's Curriculum.
Due to the preparation of their thesis, as well as their clinical practice in university departments of Liaison Psychiatry, the students of the Postgraduate Programme are given the opportunity to participate in valuable research projects.
In this context and with the support of the faculty members and the scientific collaborators of the programme, certain of them have participated in the writing and publication of articles in peer-reviewed and well regarded scientific journals.
